• You understand that no work will begin until a repair plan is approved

Final approval and scheduling are subject to contractor availability and project scope.

 

5. PAYMENT TERMS

All payment for services is typically collected through escrow at closing. By using our services, you agree that:

• Sellers approve the cost and allow payment through title company or escrow

• No upfront payments are required unless otherwise agreed in writing

• In the event of deal cancellation, clients may be responsible for payment depending on work completed

6. CONTRACTOR NETWORK

All contractors used by Housefixrs are:

• Independently licensed and insured

• Vetted through our internal review process

• Solely responsible for the work performed on-site

Housefixrs is not liable for personal injury or property damage caused by third-party contractors outside the scope of approved and supervised work.

 

7. NO GUARANTEE OF REAL ESTATE OUTCOMES 

While our goal is to support smooth real estate transactions, Housefixrs does not guarantee:

• That a transaction will close

• That a property will appraise at a specific value

• That repairs will result in a specific buyer or offer outcome

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and layout — is the property of Housefixrs and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Housefixrs shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Business interruption, loss of data, or financial loss

• Issues arising from misuse of services or third-party contractors acting outside of agreed work

 

10. INDEMNIFICATION
